These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Link Building Services and any link building services provided by Intseo Media. By submitting a contact form or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide managed link building, outreach, content coordination, and reporting as described in your proposal or statement of work. Scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in writing before work begins.

No ranking guarantees

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic levels, domain rating changes, or specific business outcomes. Search engines and AI systems change independently of our work.

Client responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your site and goals.
• Approve target lists and content within agreed timelines.
• Ensure you have rights to assets and claims used in outreach.
• Comply with applicable laws and search engine guidelines.

Fees and payment

Fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are specified in your proposal. Late payments may pause work. Refunds are handled per the proposal; completed placements are non-refundable.

Replacement guarantee

If a reported placement is removed within 12 months without site-wide deindexing, we will replace it as described in your agreement. The guarantee does not cover changes you request, host policy shifts beyond our control, or removals due to your site penalties.

Acceptable use

We refuse campaigns for illegal products, deceptive practices, or sites that primarily exist to manipulate search results. We may terminate work if your site or instructions create undue risk.

Intellectual property

Content we create for guest posts is licensed for publication on agreed hosts. Reports and internal research remain our property unless otherwise stated.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public client information as confidential. You agree not to disclose our publisher relationships or internal rates without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the three months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from your site content, products, or instructions that violate law or third-party rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless your written agreement states otherwise. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
